RanDee Hartman brings a strong background in writing, proposal management, and government contracting to her role as Business Development Manager at Materials Testing Consultants (MTC). As a 2018 graduate of Grand Valley State University with a BA in Writing,
RanDee began her career facilitating new relationships between small businesses and the government, and she quickly found her niche in proposal strategy and business development. Since 2021, she has secured millions of dollars in public and private sector contracts through targeted outreach, strategic planning, and process improvement.
Through her passion for growth and efficiency, RanDee is committed to expanding MTC’s client base and enhancing its business development operations. On our team, she will lead efforts to establish a standardized BD process, strengthen cross-division collaboration, and strategically grow construction materials testing; environmental and industrial hygiene services; and geotechnical engineering opportunities to support year-round stability and growth.
