Project Description: This eight-story, 155-room Canopy by Hilton opened in downtown Grand Rapids’ Studio Park in 2020. As Michigan’s first property in the lifestyle brand, it features thoughtfully designed spaces—blending mid-century modern elements with contemporary flair—and includes two on‑site dining venues: the ground-floor Portico café and the rooftop Knoop bar, complete with city views.
