Project Description: This project involved converting the Shaw Power Plant into a 100k square-foot learning facility, filled with teaching and laboratory spaces for MSU’s STEM departments. While the North and South wings of the facility are new, the actual brick and architecture of the building was reused from the power plant. This building also incorporated sustainable mass-timber materials.
