Project Description: The project began with the renovation of the existing 16k square foot, two-story theater. A new 53k square-foot, two-story addition was added to the South of the existing building along with a new parking lot in the West. This project also included: the removal and installation of underground utilities, new concrete curbs and sidewalks, a new entrance with an ADA lift, among other site improvements.
