Growing Our Footprint, Deepening Our Commitment: MTC Acquires Wisconsin-Based GeoTest, Inc.

We are excited to share a major milestone in the history of Materials Testing Consultants, Inc. MTC has officially acquired GeoTest, Inc., a highly respected geotechnical engineering and testing firm with offices in West Allis and Madison, Wisconsin.

For over 55 years, MTC has operated as a trusted advisor across Michigan, delivering premier engineering, consulting, and independent testing services from our full-service offices in Grand Rapids, Okemos, and Dexter. By welcoming GeoTest into the MTC family, we are expanding our physical footprint and technical capacity across the broader Great Lakes region.

A Natural Partnership Built on Shared Values
