With a background in Restaurant Management and education from the Art Institute of Colorado, Lindsay joined the company in 2018 as a Project Assistant. Progressing to Business Assistant in 2019, she lead the creation and implementation of new logos for MTC & MATECO. After a brief hiatus, Lindsay returned in 2022 as an HR Assistant and then Lead Recruiter in 2023. Throughout her 4 years with the company, Lindsay has demonstrated a passion for candidate engagement, team building, and supporting organizational growth. Her expertise and dedication make her a valuable asset to MTC & MATECO.
