Nancy Wood, HRBP
Human Resources Business Partner
Nancy is MTC’s Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), overseeing recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, manager coaching, and company culture initiatives. She brings a well-rounded perspective to HR, blending legal knowledge with a background in hospitality and event planning.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University and a JD from Cooley Law School. Before joining MTC, Nancy worked in event planning, spent nearly nine years in HR and recruiting at a consulting firm, and held HR leadership roles at both a biotech startup and a growing recruiting firm.
