Flex-N-Gate, Detroit Facility

This new 412k square-foot facility accommodates several press pits in addition to delivery areas. Beside it, a 41k square-foot office building, two guard shacks, and a parking lot with 406 spaces. Additional features like asphalt and concrete drives and entrances, concrete curbs and sidewalks, underground utility work, and other site improvements were also completed.
