The building spanned over 141,360 square feet and featured a slab-on-grade floor system, with precast concrete walls, structural steel framing, and continuous concrete foundations. A structural steel canopy was installed on the south side of the building. Site work included the construction of van and vehicle parking lots, roadways, a concrete dock area, curbs, sidewalks, and underground utilities. In addition to the warehouse, MTC also performed environmental testing and provided construction materials testing for the nearby Morgan Road improvements.
